The consultation will be provided only when the AstroWizard team ensures your confirmed payment to them.
Any payment in any mode through any customer is non refundable after 2 hours of the payment confirmed; because we pay our astrologer as soon as the chart is assigned to an astrologer.
The AstroWizard team has all rights reserved to change the “Terms & conditions” without any prior notice.
AstroWizard can change the content of the form which is presented to customers for filling details.
The AstroWizard team holds a record of your mail/whatsapp chat/call. Your consultation records might be used for further research work.
The AstroWizard team is still a learner, so errors may come in prediction and consultation.
AstroWizard team has all rights to cancel any consultation at any time because of following reasons:
Misbehave through any customer either in written, verbal and nonverbal way to the AstroWizard team.
If customers do not follow the code of conduct, mentioned in the attached pdf. sent to the customer through ‘confirmation mail’.
If a customer tries to fake the payment process.
